At the sea, 28m² apartment + a 9m² terrace equipped with a garden furniture / parasols, facing south, for 4/5 people, in the holiday village of BOURGENAY-TALMONT ST HILAIRE, with a very nice view over golf, lake and forest, surrounded by gardens, in the heart of a green and wooded park of 90 hectares. On the 2nd and last floor.
