Positive: A spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with excellent parking and a convenient location. Check-in was very convenient.
Negative: Unfortunately, the sewer smell hasn't gone away (see earlier reviews). It emanates from every street manhole cover outside (which is beyond the control of the apartment owners), but it's also present in the apartment, indicating plumbing issues within the apartment itself—a problem the owners are responsible for. It's a shame. Also, the direct contact is located God knows where, and if a serious problem occurs, you'll have to wait for hours for help. This is unacceptable.
Summary: For the short stay - not a big deal, the long stay with smell of the sewer, think about it.
