Our unit is centrally located in the Community and newly furnished. Just 4.5 miles from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE., convenient to the Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD resort areas. We use this condo as our second home and have spent a lot of time maintaining our condo and ensuring the little details are covered. Our kitchen is very well equipped - you will likely find all the gadgets and utensils you have in your primary residence present. This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo contains 1,600 sq. ft. and is located in the Sun Ridge community of Bayside, adjacent to the Sun Ridge Pool and Recreation Center. Bayside is an upscale family oriented resort community on the Delaware Shore.
