Positive: The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. The location was just far enough away from Galveston proper to escape the crowds. The house had 3 full bathrooms which was also a plus. We flew in so we had to go buy all our groceries but we appreciated the kitchen having a few basics (salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, foil, coffee filters,Saran Wrap and plastic bags for food storage). So many vacation rentals have zero basic items which can be frustrating. The beach was easily accessible with a short walk and a nice view from the porch. The GREAT price for the size, scope of the house and beach access was very much appreciated.

Negative: We would have preferred to have keyless entry access as keeping up with key(s) can be nerve wracking. The key box was difficult to open (salt water rust and corrosion?). We were aware but others might not realize how many stairs are required to climb to gain access..LOL! The accommodations did not mention a Keurig just listed coffee maker; we like the keurig cups instead of ground coffee. Please list specifically what type of coffee maker is present.
