Positive: We had a fabulous stay at The Dunes in early January. It is a very modern and tastefully decorated Villa, flooded with light. Communication with the owner was very clear and straightforward. There is a well appointed kitchen and ample living space for a family or two couples. A short walk through the dunes (Yes, it is aptly named :) takes you to a delightful beach and we were visited each day by a herd of kangaroos, who came to feed on the lawn. It was a great base for exploring the island, being a relatively short drive from both Penneshaw and Kingscote.
