Gorgeous imported Italian mosaic back splash, open shelving, custom hood, and even a pot filler make this kitchen truly one-of-a-kind. Rare first floor master en-suite area with 2 large custom closets, built-in niche for a king sized bed. and built-in tv niche Walk out to garden area. The luxury marble bathroom with heated floors, extra large walk in shower, freestanding tub and double vanity typically found only in luxury hotels. Large mudroom features laundry area, powder room and second walk in pantry, featuring ship-lap walls, patterned porcelain tiles, and custom marble sink in the powder room. Minutes from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 10 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 5 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport, 5 Minutes to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, within walking distance to Lots of 4 and 5 Star rated restaurants on Yelp!, a large grocery store. A warm, charming, historical, and walk-able neighborhood which is also a diverse and friendly community.

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions.
