The spacious open plan kitchen, dinning & lounge room is perfect for get together. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Canowindra, 25 minutes from Cowra & 1 hour to orange.
The space
The Oaks is a captivating modern home that over looks the rolling hills of Canowindra. Convenient short drive to the famous hot air ballon town Canowindra, where there is some lovely coffee shops & pubs.
Guest access
Full access to whole property. No swimming in the dam or driving around the property you are more then welcome to go for a walk though. Please keep all gates closed as the goats do like to eat the roses.
Pride of Oak road is a dirt road but is currently in good condition. If you are worried about the road conditions please send me a message.
There is a garage which will fit 2 small- medium cars, but if you do have a large 4WD it might not fit into garage and may have to be parked outside. There is farm animals on property (horses & goats) the goats have never jumped or climbed onto any vehicles they arenโt overly friendly & will run away when you approach them.
Other things to note
The home over looks our small working property. Some gates will be close and are required to stay closed at all times. House trained dogs are welcome, there is a fenced garden area with plenty of room for them to play.
