Situated in the idyllic village of Edzell, The Ramblers Rest, built in 1862 is the perfect bolt hole for couples, families and friends. It has recently been renovated to provide a bright, comfortable bespoke living space. The apartment is accessible via outdoor stairs via its own front door.

Edzell is a charming village with lots to see and do, and is well situated between Aberdeen and Dundee. The village was originally named Slateford and was renamed in 1818.

Here you can also walk across the 'Shakin’ Brig', a 100 year old suspension bridge. The village is also known for the Rocks of Solitude walk that is accessed through a blue door approx. a mile out of the village. Edzell is also a gateway to Glen Esk and Glen Lethnot which boast beautiful walks and scenery.
