This one bedroom cosy little house is situated less than 100m from Katoomba shops, cafes, and music venues, with art galleries and Varuna Writers House close by. Walking tracks with magnificent scenery 15 mins away. No need for a car just climb aboard the Blue Mountains train at Central Station and from Katoomba station it’s only a 500m stroll down the hill. Perfect for musicians, writers, bush walkers or for a couple's getaway. Too easy!

Single bed in Sunroom. Also with cotton sheets, doona and electric blanket. Note that the the opening from the living room to the sunroom does not have a door, however the bed is mostly hidden from view from the living room.
