For those of you who have revisited and enjoyed in the past years our Unit One - A One Bedroom poolside apartment in an exclusive private home on the Hudson River with all the beauty and the sounds of the Hudson Valley and you will love to stay in our newly renovated and larger Unit 2 !!!
Unit 2 is a two bedroom apartment with 1 1/2 baths, with a larger Full-size kitchen and very spacious living area with an electric fireplace and a smart TV, as well as a Queen Futon in the living room for that extra guest/s!!

COMBO ! Perfect for group of 8 to 10! PERFECT for those special friends/family getaways by weekend or week stays as well! Both apartments connect with separate entrances and shared areas to relax! As well as enjoy a hike down to the river if you want, also many additional hikes a mile or 2 away!
All my guests and myself are ok with the shared sunroom/pool area and use of the Mini Gym to maintain their exercising routine; It includes machines/weights, trampoline and a massage chair for active guests! The property offers a beautiful view of the Hudson River for all seasons! In the warmer months there is a pristine saltwater pool, a fire pit for the cooler evenings, games, enjoy the Picnic areas and lounge chairs. Are you ready to have your “mini resort experience” right on the Hudson River! The Hudson Valley has a huge amount of activities from hiking. biking and boating throughout the Valley! Don’t miss the Wine trails and the Breweries, Distilleries throughout the county and the infamous “Walkway on the Hudson River!
There is parking on the property. Pool has a huge turbo slide. Children must be supervised and must know how to swim to use the pool. And ALWAYS with an adult!
All you need is to feel safe while relaxing and having fun getting through the SEASONS together! I truly enjoy my guest and hope they feel SPECIAL while offering the space and comfort they deserve to enjoy while respecting our beautiful property and privacy as their own, feeling neighborly and can’t wait to return a few times during the year! While Relaxing on the pool deck, enjoy all the views and sounds of our Hudson Valley; trains, boat horns and all the various country sounds of the BIRDS and many EAGLES flying by and cool River boats!
Of course, the highlight of your stay is always the wonderful experience of enjoying our pristine heated saltwater pool with an exciting slide for day or night swimming! This is a rare find for your Stay Vacation not that far away from your own home! Also, the Hudson Valley offers exciting hiking and biking trails just a few miles from the house! We also have many farms, which offer the experience of picking many types of berries/apples/pumpkins to take home as a reminder of your adventurous time in our Hudson Valley!
Please book early and also consider coming back in the FALL to see the Beautiful changing Hudson Valley leaves, as well as takingbadvantage of the many craft and farm fairs, search for pumpkins and take home bushels of fresh tomatoes, etc all within a few miles from the house!
Also, a Must Experience is to visit is the infamous
“Headless Horseman” perfect for those that enjoy getting themselves spooked!
But on your way home, check out a must see “THE WALKWAY ON THE HUDSON”
A memorable and healthy walking/biking experience across the Hudson River; a must is to stop by and get Ice cream at the “Caboose”. They have 36 flavors!
I have many recommendations for our nearby farm to table restaurants that are excellent and offering a hometown feel!
