Our neighborhood has universities which throw events year-round, Lake Pontchartrain, and quaint mom-and-pop shops. The 10-18 minute drive to the French Quarter makes it convenient to visit your favorite tourist destinations, and the quiet character of the neighborhood makes it truly an oasis as night.
We have owned this property for 3 years now and have never experienced anything close to a safety incident - we love it here! All of our neighbors are friendly and there's a 24/7/365 private neighborhood watch. Perfect for families with kids!
Getting Around:
Off-street parking for 2-3 vehicles makes this a great option for those who prefer to bring their cars. It is a 10-18 minute drive to the French Quarter, depending on the time of day. For public transportation lovers, the 57 bus stops a 5 minute walk away at Franklin at Mendez, and takes about 25-30 minutes to get to the Quarter. For cyclists, the French Quarter is a 20-25 minute bike ride away.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
