Positive: This is a perfect choice of stay for a solo traveller/a couple. The apartment has all the necessities, an excellent WiFi connection (carried international Zoom calls without a hitch) and a thoughtful design, which combines minimalism and modernity with coziness and vintage touches. It was also spotless clean, easily the cleanest apartment I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The home-away-from-home experience was made complete by Mr. Tomasz, who was the most kind, gracious and attentive host. The location is perfect, in a quiet street but just a short walking distance to several main streets and more lively areas. There are various eateries, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby (including several Biedronka supermarket stores within 5-15 min walk, which are also open until late). Most if not all Tram lines are reachable within 5-10 min walk from the apartment, so there is excellent connectivity to any part of the city within easy reach; and if you are an avid walker, then you might barely need them: Nowy Swiat, Zlote Tarasy shopping mall, Polin Museum, Warsaw Uprising Museum – all and more are reachable by foot for those who enjoy walking. My stay of two weeks at this property has been comfortable and pleasant, so much so that as much as it would be possible for me to do so - I intend on planning my next visit to Warsaw around its availability. 100/10.
Negative: I sincerely loved everything, except having to leave!~ This did not bother me at all, not even when I slept-in, but during my stay (mid-October) the inside courtyard of the building was going through renovations. By the time you read this, the work might already be finished - and possible inconvenience replaced by the beautified inner courtyard of this historical building... You can contact and ask the host to be sure on where things stand :)
