In a nature reserve directly on Lake Vänern, at the foot of Mount Kinnekulle. Lake Vänern in Sweden has been designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve for its archipelago landscape and the tabletop mountain Kinnekulle. The house has a view of the lake. Very quiet location, in a dead-end street with 4 other houses. The street is the second-to-last in a settlement with very sparse construction. Behind the settlement, the forest begins with a beautiful hiking trail. Various bathing spots can be found a few hundred meters away; it is about 1 km to the Blomberg marina. Lake Vänern offers excellent fishing opportunities, including pike and perch.
House: Red wooden house, approximately 100 sqm living space, on about 1000 sqm of land. The house is equipped with heating. In the southwest, there is a wooden terrace. Very good and reliable WLAN.
The living room is located to the south and west and has an open fireplace. Satellite television with all German channels. In a bay window, there is the dining area overlooking the lake. 2 solid wood dining tables (each 90 x 150, with an additional 45 cm long extension) and many chairs.
The white kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower with a shower screen, washing machine, and hairdryer. The bathroom was newly renovated in the winter of 22/23.
