All 7 bedrooms are updated and comfortable featuring comfortable mattresses and clean linens and bedding. 5 Full Bathrooms with toilet and shower are featured as well. Fully Equipped kitchen with all appliances, utensils, cookware, and dinnerware .

* Airport: When searching for and booking your flight, make sure you fly into the Juan SantaMaria aiport ( SJO) and not Liberia. SJO is only an hour and a half from the Jaco area. Liberia is 4 hours away! Do not fly into Liberia
* Transportation: You can arrange your airport transfers through us and are always better off doing so. We use one the the top transportation companies in Costa Rica and feature new model. air conditioned vans and buses with the capacity from 4-50 passengers. All of our drivers are safe, professional, licensed and insured.
*Rental Cars - are not necessary and we do not recommend that you rent a car. You are better off booking a private airport transfer service with us for your arrival and return to the airport. It's so much easier, hassle free and safer to have one of our professional drivers waiting for you as soon as you exit the airport so all you need to do is get in the van and enjoy the ride to check in. Once in Jaco, taxis are available 24/7 and are cheap! Your concierge will tell you how to gat a taxi quickly anytime, and all taxis know where ur houses by name and location.
If you insist on renting a car ( again not recommended) we will help you make rental car reservations with the best rental car agencies in Costa Rica
* Check In: We make check in smooth, quick and helpful for you. You'll check in at our office located in the Jaco Walk Plaza. Our friendly and professional office staff Samantha MariaJose - Adolfo - Evelyn- Michel and our VIP concierges will be waiting for you to arrive and greet you.
* Area Orientation: A VIP Concierge will escort you to the house, give you group an extremely helpful orientation about the area, the best things to see and do, where to go and not to go, and answer your many questions. The concierges are all Costa Rican, lived here their whole lives and are true local experts and guides.
* Restaurants/Bars/Nightclubs - Your concierge knows where the best of them are and will guide you to only the best ones here. Take their advise and guidance and you'll have the best time out on the town!
* We manage all of our homes and are here full time to insure our guests have the best quality stay.
* Full time maintenance staff on call just in case. Things break, stop working, dont work right etc.. it happens occasionally and when it does, we have maintenance staff on the ready to fix, repair or replace any hiccups that might occur during your stay.
*Security - All of our homes come with a night time door guard from 7:00pm to 6:00am

*Private Chef Service: We offer incredible private chef service through Jaco VIP. They have 10 Private Chefs who cook truly incredible meals! Most of our guests book this service and rave about it! When you book private Chef service with us your Chef will meet and greet you at the house, go over menu options for your first meal, do all of the grocery shopping needed to cook for you and prepare the most fabulous dishes for your group!
* Party Boat: We have a 50ft Private Party boat yacht that can hold up to 40 people! *Grocery Stores: There are 3 major grocery stores within 5 minutes of the house. You'll find pretty much anything and everything you'd expect to find in a grocery store back home and your concierge will direct you to the best grocery store for your needs. Fast and Friendly grocery delivery is available as well.
*Currency: Costa Rican currency is called Colones ( kuh -low - ness). CRC . You can check the current exchange rate by doing a Google search for Costa Rica USD exchange rate. Your Concierge will help you exchange US Dollars for Costa Rican Colones after you arrive. US Dollars are accepted everywhere here. You will received Costa Rica Clones as change.
*ATM's: There are several ATM's close to the house that will offer you the option of receiving USD or CRC.
*Pharmacies: There are more than 6 pharmacies located within 3-5 minutes of the house. Prescriptions are not necessary for almost anything and the quality of medicines here is excellent.
