Summary: This property is simply amazing. It is very spacious (and we are a family of five), beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail in it is well thought out. It has everything and more one might want for a perfect family vacation: a meticulously landscaped outdoor area complete with a perfect pool, beautiful space to enjoy the time indoors, a kitchen equipped with everything one might need, a grill, and even a gym. The location is perfect; it is a short walk from the metro train to Valencia and a short walk to a small but well-stocked supermarket and a couple of restaurants. The neighborhood is green and tranquil. In addition, I cannot say enough good things about the host. Laurent was considerate, thoughtful and very helpful. He answered all my questions ahead of time, he graciously offered to move one of the beds for my kids so they can all sleep on the same floor, and he left us treats, including coffee and a bottle of wine, which we very much enjoyed. He also was available via messaging to answer questions throughout our stay. I give this property and the host my highest possible endorsement, and I would love to stay here again when I am in the area.
