Positive: Beautiful property. Gourmet kitchen. Pool area was fabulous.
Negative: Not a relaxed atmosphere. House has rules and regulations posted on the walls every time you turn a corner. It's not very friendly. You are constantly warned about fees and charges for not cleaning the BBQ, not leaving on time, not leaving the place spotless , laws regarding noise etc etc. We were told there would be a fee for any excess rubbish not put in the bins when we left but the bins were already overflowing when we arrived. I rang to discuss and left a message but they never rang back. Management needs to find a balance so that guests feel welcome. Maybe they have difficult neighbours? Late check-in at 4pm is not impressive given the daily rate.
Summary: Luxurious but expensive.
