This recently-renovated House of Character, in the charming village of Xewkija, has 5 bedrooms fully air conditioned, 8 bathrooms, 5 terraces with fantastic country & city views, an indoor jacuzzi spa room, an outdoor pool area with BBQ - what more could you need?
You’ll have access to a private outdoor pool with a grand BBQ - perfect for summer months; and a private indoor jacuzzi spa room - even better in the winter months! There are 4 floors, roughly 400 square meters, and has 5 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (that can be used as heaters as well). There are also 3 other bathrooms located conveniently around the villa, so a total of 8 bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, and the grand staircase leads up to 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor.
The living room has a wood-burning fireplace so you can get cozy with your loved ones, in front of a 55-inch flatscreen smart TV with Netflix for those movie nights. The fully-equipped open kitchen layout makes it convenient to cook up a hearty meal for you to enjoy on the large dining room table or the outdoor dining areas. Wake up with a warm coffee from our impressive Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine or Nespresso machine.
Fast-speed fiber optic internet access, washing machine, and tumble dryer are all free to use. Each floor has a hair blow dryer available. Cleaning is included in the fee, and all linens and towels are provided.
