Summary: Modern, big, clean and comfortable villa with great views and many sunny balconies! Big kitchen (just missed a tea pot) and nice dining-place, we cooked every evening. We were eight people through three generations and everyone had enough space. In early spring time nights were still cold, but heaters worked good. Near to Athens, local small trainstation, supermarket and some restaurants. A car is recommanded to get around. Ancient sights of Attica and Peloponnes good to reach by car. Helpful, friendly owner (speaks english & german) and manager (speaks english). Some electric work should be finished (some wires layed open) but in general everything worked very well and we had a great stay.
