Positive: House is spacious, 3 bedrooms with in-suite bathroom in each room. New beds and mattress. Big common area, big outdoor space with seating area and private pool. House is situated in quiet and isolated area, which is for us a big plus but down side is that guests should be well equipped with mosquito protection. The host is very nice and helpful.
Negative: Furniture ( bedrooms excluded) in the house and outside of the house is outdated, well used and needs replacing. Biggest minus is lack of cleanliness in the house. This has to be at much higher level. There were spider nets everywhere, bad odors in the bathroom, mold around the shower, dusty sofa and curtains. We had unwanted visits every evening and during the night from a fox. Although the animal wasn’t hostile, foxes are known as a biggest rabies carriers so we were not felling comfortable when the animal was around.
