You'll love the radiant heated floors to keep your toes warm when walking around in the winter (it doesn't get any better than that)! The kitchen is well-stocked with all new stainless steel appliances, new queen bed, new queen size pull out sofa bed, 50 inch flat screen smart TV, electric fireplace, ski/board/bike storage on balcony and shared year-round hot tub, sauna, pool and laundry just steps from the front door!
Just a quick walk to the Village in Mammoth Lakes, Gondola, Mammoth Brewing Company, and numerous restaurants, shops, and bars!

The unit is in a condo complex, please be mindful of other guests. Please conserve energy by turning off lights when you leave for the day.
There is a very strict NO Smoking policy within 50 feet of any building in the complex. This includes vaping, Tobacco, Marijuana, etc. A $1000 fine will be imposed for violating this rule.
We will only accept reservations from guests age 25 or older.
Our community laundry uses a digital app ($4.50 per load). There are no detergent dispensers onsite, so please bring your own liquid detergent.
