Summary: This condo is in desperate need of repairs besides the previous post of issues I’ll give you mine painting needs to be done thru out the place. The kitchen has missing floor trim the ceiling by the refrigerator has water/ mold damage, the bottom of the oven has a sharp thin piece of metal halfway screwed on we’re a bottom drawer was. In the twin bedroom room once again water/mold damaged ceiling holes in the wall electrical outlet covers not put on and one of the doors where the washer and dryer go is off and laying in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom has a missing shower tile and towel holder that’s missing in the shower and mold around the bathroom pantry door at the floor. The master bedroom had upper shades falling apart television didn’t work the thermostat was broken ( no backlight to see what temperature you had, the popcorn ceiling in the hall was falling apart. In the back porch the shades were falling apart as well as the chairs for the table the boat is not in very good shape the motor sounded like it was having troubles at higher speeds the depth finder stopped working and oil was coming out of the steering wheel the host was prompt to our messages and Kevin was and housekeeping were cordial. Long story short this place needs a lot of tlc to make it suitable for renter’s
