This property sleeps 15 people with 5 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, 2 family rooms, wet bar, laundry room, and elevator. The house is roomy and cozy at the same time. The exterior of the house starts with 2 huge wrap around decks with awnings and easy access to the roof top deck with magnificent bay views. The back yard has a heated pool, outdoor shower, covered outdoor space. The 2 level dock with a boat ramp provides ability to bring boat and other watercraft. Summary: We just came back from a wonderful family vacation with our 3 children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren ( ages 1-5 ). The home had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The kitchen and great room was bright, cheerful and spacious. We cooked in most nights and had plenty of essentials to serve such a large crowd. The home also was on the lagoon with kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy. One of the best features was an in ground pool for the little people to enjoy. The home was a short walk to a beautiful beach! Dan gave us two parking passes and plenty of beach tags. Dan was very responsive and easy to deal with! Overall a great home for memories to be made!
