Entire house. We have smart tvs the family room has a 58 inch tv with cable ,Netflix Roku all bedrooms have tv's with Netflix and Hulu. Location is perfect! 2 miles from St.Bonaventure.Rock City is close.Niagra Falls 1.5hr 30 mins. To Ellicottville You can walk everywhere. Tasta Pizza place across the street.Grocery store is 3 blocks away and the movies &Walmart only a mile.Great restaurants are also a stones throw away.We have a fire pit which is also a grill.
