Positive: The location and the home itself are just beautiful! It felt like being in a movie... Seriously, it's that nice :-). I thorougly enjoyed every part of my stay and I will be highly recommending this property to everyone I know who is visiting the area. The neighborhood was pristine and the scenery is gorgeous (there is a small pond just across the property with gorgeous foliage)! The house itself was so tastefully decorated and immaculate when I arrived, also there were all the basic amenities plus several "extra" luxury items in the kitchen and bathroom, which was so nice!! There is laundry onsite and a covered patio which were very nice as well. In addition the overall atmosphere of the home was so peaceful and calm throughout my entire stay. All the rooms were secure and private and the other guests were very respectful of the quiet hours of the home. I felt extremely safe staying there and best of all it was in walking distance of the church I was visiting of my conference, saving me dozens of dollars in lyft and uber fees to and from the services. Finally, the hosts are amazingly sweet and communicative, and were very accommodating towards me from start to finish. I could tell that they put great thought and care into every detail of the home and that they went above and beyond to ensure that we all had a phenomenal stay. Overall this is one of the best short-term rentals I've ever booked (definitely the best in Tampa) and I highly recommend this stay!! If you're hesitating to book, don't!!
