Set among pine trees and close to all amenities the house is two minutes walk (150 metres) from the superb sandy beach and three restaurants and a cafe/bar. Casa Sarto is the closest house to the beach in the urbanisation of Casas da Audiencia. It is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course, and backs onto a national reserve of pine trees. Casa Sarto, laid out over three floors with large terraces overlooking the large swimming pool. Its terraces, have views over the national park and the sea. The villa is luxuriously furnished throughout its four bedrooms, large living room and dining area, together with a large luxuriously appointed , open plan kitchen.
