Lovely 4 bedroom house , with pool, situated within the tranquil urbanization of Casas da Audiencia, next to Praia Verde, in the unspoilt East Algarve, 15km from Tavira and 8km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Set among pine trees and close to all amenities the house is six minutes walk (450 metres)from the superb sandy beach and two restaurants and a cafe/bar. Casa Baptista is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course, and backs onto a national reserve of pine trees. Casa Baptista, laid out over two floors with large terraces overlooking the rear terrace. It is luxuriously furnished throughout its four bedrooms, large living room and dining area, together with a large luxuriously appointed kitchen. The linked house is air conditioned and is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard, and has a private swimming pool.
