My husband and I renovated this charming house to accommodate you comfortably!
It is located in a quiet street and close to all town center shops and a stone's throw from public transport.
Want to read, play, relax, have an aperitif or have a barbecue (remember to bring your charcoal), the terrace or the garden will be an excellent place!
The rooms are spacious and bathed in light.

Upstairs, 6 beds and 1 shower room: 1 bedroom with a 160X200 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 140X190 double bed and 1 trundle bed.

On the ground floor: 1 separate living room, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen and access to the terrace and the garden.

Bed linens, towels as well as tea towels and hand towels are provided.

The house is very well located because it is:
- 5/10min from the A13 motorway entrances towards Paris (2024 Olympic Games)/Côte Normande in 1 hour, Rouen/Evreux in 30min.
- Val de Reuil train station 15 minutes away, public transport at the end of the street.

Louviers is a friendly town where it is good to walk:
- Greenway 5 minutes by bike, direction Poses or Pinterville.
- Place des Halles markets: Wednesday and Saturday morning.

And also entertain you:
- In Louviers: Swimming pool, ice rink, cinema, theater...
- 5 golf courses within 30 minutes
- 40min from Giverny
- 16min from the Léry-Poses leisure center and Biotropica....
